DNA Dynamics, Inc Confirms Rebranding of Subsidiaries

LEAMINGTON SPA, England, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — DNA Dynamics, Inc (PK:DNAD) announces today that its subsidiaries are adopting a common approach to the brand and naming by changing their names from Slam Productions Limited to DNA Studios Ltd and Appache Mobile is changing to DNA Interactive Ltd.

Smartphone Games and App Publisher Acquired by DNA Dynamics, Inc.

LONDON–(Marketwire – 01/04/11) – Appache Mobile LTD, a publisher for games and Apps on mobile devices, has announced today that it has been acquired by US Pinksheets listed company DNA Dynamics (Pinksheets:DNAD -News).

Appache Mobile, which has recently been on its own acquisition hunt for new and recently approved games for iOS and Android devices, was set up by games industry veteran Ed Blincoe. Blincoe, who has been in the games industry for over 13 years, has held senior positions with Codemasters and SouthPeak Interactive and was instrumental in the launch of acclaimed Massively Multiplayer Online Game, The Lord of the Rings Online™. Mr Blincoe is also Managing Director for App Generation LTD, a developer and publisher of browser-based videogames.
